An international retail client required a unified enterprise infrastructure to eliminate operational friction within their cross-border e-commerce network. Before the solution was introduced, the business operated in silos: customer orders from platforms like Amazon UAE required manual administrative checks, localized procurement channels lacked structural workflows, and warehouse outbound shipping was decoupled from main operations. An enterprise order system processing thousands of API data transformations requires a robust, highly scalable backend architectural framework. We chose Microsoft .NET Core running C# as the enterprise engine to handle order routing, batch calculations, and secure API data transformations. Persistence is managed via Microsoft SQL Server, structured with optimized relational indexing, constraints, and stored procedures to handle high-frequency reads and updates across multi-marketplace inventories without sacrificing transactional performance.
On the user interface layer, the platform utilizes React paired with TypeScript to provide a highly responsive, single-page application experience. The UI leverages Redux Toolkit to manage complex state operations globally across the multi-step procurement queues, live inventory buckets, and master box scanning interfaces.
Real-time system updates—such as incoming order streams from the Amazon API or live status updates from the EMX courier system—are pushed immediately to user viewports via SignalR web sockets. The application is deployed over secure IIS (Internet Information Services) environments hosted on high-performance DatabaseMart RDP server networks, utilizing automated Git flows and direct FTP publication channels for rapid feature deployment.

Saudi Arabia PDPL
To support logistics across regional borders, the OMS meets all KSA PDPL requirements. This includes maintaining auditable logs within the Reports Module to track data access by user profiles, implementing strict security controls to prevent unauthorized data transfers, and utilizing encrypted JWT access controls to secure cross-border order handoffs.
