I didn’t set out to become a founder—I started out writing code and solving problems, one line at a time. But over time, what drew me in wasn’t just the tech—it was the people behind the problems. The founders, product teams, and decision-makers were trying to build something that truly worked.

That curiosity shaped the way I lead. Today, I spend more time asking questions than writing code—about product-market fit, scalability, design intuition, and how to build teams that think like owners.
